ColdBet Site Terms
These 11 sections cover every rule governing your ColdBet account, from registration to disputes.
By creating an account, you agree to acceptable use of the site and accept the terms set out below. Read them in full before you deposit or play.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your place of residence, whichever is higher. Registration is limited to individuals who can legally form a binding contract.
ColdBet is not available in every territory. Access from a restricted location may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds tied to prohibited use.
Employees of ColdBet, its affiliates, and immediate family members of staff are not eligible to hold a playing account. Eligibility is reviewed at registration and may be reassessed at any later point.
Providing false information at any stage, including a false date of birth, is treated as a breach of these terms and grounds for immediate account closure without refund of remaining balance.
2. Account Registration
Each player may hold one account. Duplicate accounts are closed on discovery, and any associated balances are void.

You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential. Activity under your account is treated as your own.
Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. ColdBet is not liable for losses caused by a compromised password that was not reported promptly.
Account details, including name and date of birth, cannot be changed after registration without supporting documentation. This safeguard protects both the player and the integrity of the platform.
3. Identity Verification
ColdBet may request documents to confirm identity, age, and address at any point, including before a first withdrawal. This is standard acceptable use practice across regulated operators.

- Proof of address dated within 90 days
- Payment method confirmation where applicable
Unverified accounts may face withdrawal limits until checks are complete. Failure to provide documents on request can lead to account closure.
Verification is a one-time process in most cases. Additional checks may still apply if account details change, such as a new payment method or address.
Documents are reviewed within a reasonable timeframe, and support will confirm once verification is complete. Blurry, expired, or incomplete documents delay the process and are returned for resubmission.
4. Deposits
Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and may be reversed.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are shown at checkout. Currency conversion fees, if any, are set by your payment provider, not ColdBet.
Funds credited in error remain the property of ColdBet and may be removed from the account balance at any time, with notice given to the player.
Deposit limits set in your account settings apply immediately and lower limits take effect right away. Raising a limit requires a short cooling-off period before it applies.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are paid to the same method used to deposit, where possible. Processing begins once verification and any pending wagering requirements are satisfied.
ColdBet reserves the right to request additional checks before releasing large withdrawals. Delays caused by payment providers or banks are outside ColdBet’s control.
A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown in the cashier before you confirm the request. Requests below this amount are not processed.
A pending withdrawal can usually be cancelled from the account dashboard before processing starts. Once processing begins, the request cannot be reversed.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
Each bonus carries its own terms, including eligible games, expiry date, and maximum win. Bonus terms are published alongside the offer and take precedence over general promotion descriptions.
ColdBet may withhold or reclaim a bonus if the account shows signs of abuse, including duplicate registration or coordinated betting patterns. Unused bonus funds expire after the stated period.
Only one bonus may be active on an account at a time unless a promotion states otherwise. Combining offers without permission voids the associated bonus funds.
Promotional emails and on-site banners are a summary only. The full terms attached to each offer always govern in the event of a difference.
7. Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must be wagered a set number of times before conversion to withdrawable balance. The multiplier and contribution rate per game type are listed on the relevant bonus page.
- Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering
- Table and live games contribute at a reduced rate
- Excluded games contribute 0% and may void the bonus if played
Wagering progress is tracked in real time and visible in your account dashboard. Bonus funds not wagered within the stated window are removed automatically.
Placing a bet that exceeds the maximum stake allowed while wagering a bonus may void any winnings from that bet. The maximum stake per bonus is shown on the offer page.
8. Games and Fair Play
All games run on certified random number generation, tested by independent auditors before release. Return-to-player rates are set by each game studio and published in-game where available.
Acceptable use of the platform excludes bot betting, exploiting software errors, or colluding with other players. Accounts found engaging in these actions are closed and pending balances forfeited.
In the event of a technical malfunction, the affected round is voided and any stake refunded. Game history and server logs, not screen recordings, are the basis for resolving outcome disputes.
Game rules, paytables, and betting limits are displayed within each title before play begins. It is the player’s responsibility to review these before placing a wager.
9. Responsible Gambling
ColdBet provides tools to help manage play, including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion. These tools are available from account settings at any time.

Players who feel gambling is becoming a problem are encouraged to use these controls or seek independent support services. A self-exclusion request is actioned promptly and cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends.
10. Dormant Accounts
An account with no login or transaction activity for an extended period is classed as dormant. Notice is sent to the registered email before any dormancy fee applies.
Reactivating a dormant account only requires logging in and completing any outstanding verification. Balances remain the property of the account holder.
Bonus funds held at the point an account becomes dormant are forfeited, though the real-money balance is not affected by dormancy status.
A small maintenance fee may apply to long-dormant accounts, deducted at set intervals and disclosed in the dormancy notice sent beforehand.
11. Disputes and Complaints
Complaints should first go to customer support, which aims to acknowledge every case promptly. Most disputes are resolved directly within a short review period.
If a complaint cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to an independent resolution service where one applies. ColdBet’s decision on game outcomes, based on server logs, is treated as final absent clear evidence of error.
These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in games, payment options, or applicable law. Continued use of the account after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Material changes are announced by email or on-site notice ahead of taking effect. Players who disagree with a revision may close their account before the change applies.
